Information for Patients & Visitors

Your guide to admissions, patient rights, safety, and visiting our hospital.

At Behzad Medical Complex, we want every patient and visitor to feel informed, safe, and supported. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our hospital policies, visiting guidelines, and patient care standards.

Procedure Guidelines

For Patients

Your time in the hospital is focused on treatment, healing, and recovery. It is important that you feel comfortable and supported throughout your stay.

  • You have the right to decide whether you wish to receive visitors. If you prefer not to, please inform the staff, and your wishes will be respected.

  • Adequate rest is essential for recovery. This is why visiting hours are set, and we kindly ask patients to follow them.

  • Special arrangements for visits outside regular hours may be possible. Please speak with the nurse or ward staff.

  • If you are unwell or feel too tired, it is acceptable to decline visits.

  • Private family rooms are available if you wish to meet visitors without disturbing other patients.

Hand Hygiene

  • Always wash or sanitize your hands before and after visiting a patient.

  • Hand-washing stations and sanitizers are available throughout the hospital.

  • If unsure, you are encouraged to politely ask staff whether they have followed hand hygiene protocols.

Gifts for Patients

  • Patients appreciate thoughtful gifts such as fruit, books, or magazines.

  • To maintain safety and hygiene, flowers are not permitted in most clinical areas. Please confirm with the ward before bringing them.

Respectful Conduct

Violence, aggression, or abusive behavior towards staff, patients, or other visitors will not be tolerated. Such actions are against the law and may result in prosecution.
